ViaWest Group developed Cove Logistics Center, a Class A, freestanding industrial facility located at the southwest corner of Van Buren Street and 37th Avenue within Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport submarket. Completed in the third quarter of 2024, the property totals 99,498 square feet.
The building features 32-foot clear heights, 25 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, ESFR sprinkler systems, and an enclosed, gated 130-foot truck court. The site benefits from proximity to Interstate 10, Interstate 17, Loop 202, Sky Harbor International Airport, and regional rail infrastructure. ViaWest secured a full-building lease with a national materials supplier serving residential, commercial, and industrial construction users.
The property was sold in May 2025, completing another successful development and disposition.
