Sight Logistics Park

Sight Logistics Park is a two-building, Class A industrial redevelopment totaling 356,904 square feet, located within Tempe’s premier infill corridor with direct frontage along Interstate 10. ViaWest Group acquired the property from Insight Enterprises and repositioned the site to capitalize on its rare freeway exposure and proximity to major transportation infrastructure. The redevelopment was delivered in 2023. 

The project features modern industrial specifications including 32-foot clear heights, full HVAC coverage, 66 dock-high and 10 grade-level doors, 200-foot truck courts, and significant power capacity. The site also includes approximately 1,000 feet of freeway visibility and two fully leased digital billboards, providing supplemental income. Through targeted leasing execution, the property was 88% leased at the time of sale to a diversified roster of institutional-quality tenants. 

The project was sold in 2025, completing a successful value-add investment cycle and further demonstrating ViaWest’s ability to execute complex infill redevelopments in supply-constrained submarkets.
