ViaWest Group, in partnership with Walton Street Capital, acquired a six-building industrial portfolio totaling 586,915 square feet across Tempe, Scottsdale, and West Phoenix for $97.8 million. The portfolio was fully leased at acquisition and consists of institutional-quality infill assets in supply-constrained submarkets.
The acquisition reflects ViaWest’s strategy of acquiring stabilized industrial assets with durable income and long-term upside potential.
