At the time of sale, Blackhawk Corporate Center was 96% leased to a diverse mix of traditional office and high-acuity medical users, reflecting the property’s adaptability and appeal. ViaWest Group, advised by Cushman & Wakefield, ultimately sold the campus to Big Sky Medical Real Estate, marking one of the most notable medical and office transactions in the Phoenix metro area in 2023.
