Large-Scale Master Planned Industrial Development
The Base Industrial Park is a multi-phase, Class A industrial development located in Glendale, Arizona, encompassing approximately 144 acres. Phase I delivered approximately 1.2 million square feet across seven buildings in 2025. Phase II is planned to deliver an additional 780,000 square feet across eight buildings.
The project features clear heights up to 36 feet, heavy power capacity, and modern loading configurations, positioning it as a major logistics hub in the West Valley.
